LEGAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PURCAHSE
By placing a product or services order with CCW University:
- You acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older.
- You acknowledge that you have consulted applicable federal, state and local laws before ordering to ensure that either purchasing or possessing any of the products or services sold herein is not in violation of any applicable laws.
- You acknowledge that you are not purchasing any products or services with the intent to use such in the commission of a crime and hereby agree to hold harmless and indemnify CCW University, it owners, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any and all loss and liability associated with the purchase, shipping, possession and use of any products or services sold by CCW University
- You acknowledge by placing an order with CCW University that you have read and agree with our Payment & Refund, Returns and Shipping Policies listed below.
- You acknowledge that you fully understand the risks and possible dangers associated with firearms and release CCW University, it owners, officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any and all loss, liability, injury or death associated with your use of firearms at any time.
- You are fully responsible for your actions and any and all loss, liability, injury or death associated with your actions during any and all classes or training where CCW University is involved.
- You acknowledge that CCW University in not responsible or liable for your acceptance or rejection by any CCW issuing body.
- You acknowledge that you have been factual in your representation of your identity and citizenship status to CCW University.
Payment & Refunds
Classes
Seating in our classes is limited and seats are only held and guaranteed on a pre paid basis. We HIGHLY suggest you book and pay for your class in advance. We accept credit cards, PayPal and checks and money orders through this website. Please note if you are booking within one week of the class, we can only accept credit cards or PayPal for online bookings due to the time constraints.
Cash, credit cards, personal checks and money orders are accepted at the class but again, seats are only reserved and guaranteed for prepaid attendees.
Private and group classes must be fully paid in advance.
All payments must be made in full prior to the start of any class.
A three day notice is required in order to cancel or switch your reserved seat to another class.
Failure to have your CCW application approved by any issuing body does not constitute a reason for refund.
Products
If a product you have purchased does not meet its description, we will accept its return for exchange only. Any item purchased through Amazon.com or other affiliated businesses to this site are under the return and refund policies of that business and CCW University is not responsible for any return, refund or guarantee of the product.
Returns
All returns must be pre-approved by CCW University. You have three days from the time of receipt of your item to request and exchange, after that we do not accept returns. All our shipments are sent with delivery confirmation, this confirmation date marks the beginning of the three day window to request an exchange.
Returned items must be in the condition they were originally shipped or no exchange will be made. Returns must be properly packaged to withstand the return shipment, and returned via an insured shipping method. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping
All shipments are processed upon clearance of funds; depending on payment method chosen this can range from next day to 10 business days out.
Shipping notification will be sent to the email registered for the buyers account.
